Student Federation of India (SFI) Telangana State Committee strongly condemns the unwarranted police action against students who have been peacefully conducting a hunger strike against the EFLU administration’s vengeful treatment of the students in their campus.
This is a continuation of the administration using police force against students in an attempt to stifle their righteous dissent, instead of addressing their justified demands.The violent manner in which the police manhandled the students to forcefully detain them is a matter of grave concern. We urge the student community all over the state to condemn and resist this incursion of police brutality into our campuses. The support extended by various activist groups and the university faculty are a testament to the gravity of the circumstances and the legitimacy of the student’s concerns. In light of the draconic and apathetic response levied by the administration to the students who have been protesting for so long, SFI Telengana State Committee extends our unwavering solidarity to the students of EFLU and their tireless struggle for justice.SFI State Committee President Murthy and Secretary Nagaraju extended their support to the EFLU Students.
